El Olivo

El olivo es un árbol de clima templado cuya extensión natural comprende las tierras que circundan el Mediterráneo y el próximo oriente. El aceite de oliva virgen ES, en realidad, un AUTENTICO ZUMO DE FRUTA DE OLIVA.

El aceite de oliva procede únicamente del fruto del olivo, con exclusión de los aceites obtenidos mediante disolventes o procedimientos de reesterificación y toda mezcla con aceites de otra naturaleza. Los aceites de oliva vírgenes son obtenidos únicamente por procedimientos mecánicos o por otros procedimientos físicos en condiciones, especialmente térmicas, que no produzcan su alteración ni hayan tenido más tratamiento que el lavado, la decantación, la centrifugación y el filtrado.

El Aceite de oliva virgen extra es el aceite de máxima calidad.

   The Olive Tree

Olive trees are grown in warm climates in  the Mediterranean regions and the Near East. Virgin olive oil is, in fact, REAL OLIVE FRUIT JUICE.

The olive oil comes only from the fruit of the olive tree, except those kinds of olive oil obtained by means of solvents or re-esterification procedures and those ones which have been mixed with oils from any other source.

Virgin olive oils are only obtained by mechanical or other physical methods always under such conditions, especially thermical ones, that neither alter the product nor undergo any other treatment except the washing, decanting, centrifuging and filtering processes.

Extra virgin olive oil is judged to be the top quality oil.
